About Us

​Hi there! I’m Alex. I earned my Automotive Repair degree from TSTC in Waco in 2009 and have since enjoyed a fulfilling career in the automotive industry. My journey has allowed me to work with several prestigious brands, including Jaguar, Land Rover, GMC, Buick, and of course, Tesla. Each experience has enriched my knowledge and sharpened my skills, fostering a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and building lasting relationships with my clients.

 

My passion for electric vehicles ignited when I joined Tesla in 2021, where I began my journey as a "Tesla Ranger" (as we were called back in the early days) in mobile service. This role was incredibly rewarding, allowing me to meet many wonderful fellow Tesla owners while providing excellent customer service and witnessing firsthand the impact of my work. Later, I transitioned into the Tesla Service Center, where I gained valuable hands-on experience with a wider range of repairs and took on various roles. After many of my friends and I were laid off in April, I embraced the opportunity to reflect on my career path and begin a new chapter dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Having experienced Tesla service from both sides—as both an employee and a customer—I know the process isn’t always seamless. While my goal is to deliver excellence, I understand that perfection isn’t always possible—there will always be a few unexpected bumps along the way. That said, I believe Tesla service should be as stress-free as possible. I am committed to using my skills and expertise to provide service that not only meets but exceeds Tesla’s standards. With a focus on clear communication, customer satisfaction, and meticulous attention to detail, I aim to create a positive experience for every client. Having supported various Tesla roles, including at our very own Texas Gigafactory in Austin, I am dedicated to ensuring that every part of your service experience is handled with care—so you can drive away with confidence and peace of mind.
